World renowned as Australia's premier burlesque venue and Melbourne's largest burlesque venue, Red Bennies hosts the Burlesque artists every week as part of the KIT KAT CLUB Burlesque, as well as holding events for Australia's premier burlesque companies including The Australian Burlesque Festival, Imogen Kelly, Jac Bowie, House of Burlesque, Sapphira, The Burlesque Academy, Brown Girl Burlesque, Badass Burlesque, Gorelesque, Briefs, Bottoms Up Burlesque, and many more.

Red Bennies burlesque genres run the full spectrum from classical burlesque, neo burlesque, gurlesque, queer bent burlesque, horror burlesque and burlesque noir, cirlesque and showgirl stage shows.

On top of the regular female stars at Red Bennies, the venue also showcases the best touring male burlesque, which come from the litany of international touring burlesque artists who attend the venue, including Dita Von Teese, Chaz Royale, Rockwell De Vil, Catherine D'lish, Mark Winmill and many others.

Masterclasses by many premier artists occur throughout the year and burlesque classes and training happens in the venue regularly.
