The sour: A short, sharp, crisp and refreshing drink that consists of a base spirit, a sour and a sweetener. It belongs to one of the oldest families of drinks in history and was first documented in Jerry Thomas´ 1862 book of A Bartender´s Guide on How to mix Drinks´ It is still to this day largely believed that this style of drink was being concocted a long time before then. Blueberries are muddled lightly then shaken with Aperol and cherry liqueur. Served long it´s then topped with a crisp tonic fizz

Old Tom Gin, fresh pressed lemon juice, raspberry puree and a hint of sugar are shaken together, topped with a little soda water and served long.
Elderflower Fizz
This classic Silver Fizz has been tweaked a little...Larios Gin, and fresh pressed lemon juice have been embraced with a hint of elderflower and are shaken hard, then to be topped with a dash of soda water. A very light and delicate yet refreshing drink*

Mango & Passionfruit Margarita

La Floridita Daiquiri
One of Hemmingway´s favourites and a long forgotten classic, but well deserving of a mention we combine Cuban rum, fresh pressed lime juice with maraschino liqueur and sugar. We shake it and serve it martini style either straight up or over crushed ice, your choice.
Rhubarb & Guava Daiquiri

A classic first invented at the Raffles Hotel in Singapore by Ngiam Tong Boon and with recipes vary significantly the world over since 1910, we´ve made a slight variation on the original.
